I've done a breakdown article for this project over on Beyond Extent, if you want to see behind the curtain of how I approach this stuff - https://www.beyondextent.com/articles/finding-your-own-artistic-style
This greasy spoon cafe scene started life as a diorama for a previous project - my little ketchup bottle and napkin holder prop set. The plan was to make a small set to showcase those props in situ, however the project quickly ballooned into something larger, where I had lots of room to fully explore and develop my own style of the hand painted PBR look.
I ended up pulling lots of different influences together into a style that I think is pretty cool, one that emphasises bold shapes and sketchy texture.

Thanks to Beyond Extent for giving me the opportunity to do a breakdown - https://www.beyondextent.com/articles/finding-your-own-artistic-style
